General Chiropody

Verrucae Needling

The technique of Dry Needling is used to treat stubborn and persistent Verrucae you will be given local anaesthesia to ensure that your treatment is as comfortable as possible. You will be given a full consultation prior to your treatment to check your suitability.

Diabetic Foot care

We provide specialist foot care for patients with Diabetes including nail surgery for ingrown nails. We use local anaesthetic to ensure your treatment is a as comfortable as possible.

Mycotic Nail Testing

Mycotic nail testing is a five-minute test which checks for fungal nails. Please contact us for further information on this treatment.

Warm Wax Therapeutic treatment

Paraffin wax heat therapy increases the blood flow and the tolerance for pain. It also relaxes muscles and increases hydration in the skin. This treatment is intended to moisturise and soften the skin while providing a therapeutic healing effect to sore and aching joints. Particularly beneficial for those suffering from arthritis and rheumatic pain.

Biomechanical Assessment and provision of Orthotics

Foot orthotics is a device that fits inside a shoe and helps to reduce or prevent pain for the wearer. They can be made for many conditions from muscular pain, joint pain to problems with painful corns. As specialists, a podiatrist is well placed to prescribe these devices for patients.

There are a number of options available, depending upon what needs to be achieved with the orthotic, the shoes you wear and the activities that you do.

Cosmetic Podiatry

Our Cosmetic Podiatry treatments provide solutions for common complaints such as toenails with fungal infections, ingrown nails and psoriasis toenails (very thick toenails). Using our Wilde-Pedique Plus system, we will provide you with fabulous results leaving you feeling confident and comfortable.
